As per the chart, published by Official Charts Company; Swifts 1989 in Taylor’s Version emerged as the U.K.’s top-selling vinyl album of 2023. The song has secured heights and sold 84,700 copies starting from his release month October.
The re-recording project by swift made a shocking entrance, boasting the biggest opening week for any album in 2023, with over 184,000 combined units sold.
The album was on charts for three weeks at No.1 Official U.K. Albums Chart. The speculations are made that the song will stay there for four weeks at the top position and the top chart will be out on Friday, January 5.
