Over 50, people start giving ageist remarks, and singer Madonna has also entered that bracket. Chuck D, a person having forty years of experience in the music industry, slams the public over giving ageist remarks.
Chuck D, 63-year-old frontman of Public Enemy posted a tweet early on Thursday morning to slam the ageist trolls for Madonna where the public have expressed dissatisfaction with the singer’s performance during her Celebration Tour, which spans the entirety of her career.
He stood by the singer and posted, “I am aware of this situation as I am 63-year old and gone through this phase. No doubt, I can bike better than I ever did and Pilates aint easy but I give it to Madonna (by tagging her X account” for pushing the bars.”
D referred to his gregarious hype guy, “Public Enemy rapper is performing Pilates too and he is 64. Thus, if you allow it, ageism can occasionally become both racist and sexist. For those over fifty, the maximum is: “You either do songs or the songs do you.”
This instance came to limelight when a X user shared a video and Rapper shared his comment on that post on Wednesday.

The clip includes Madonna’s performance of “Ray of Light” followed by one of her Celebration concerts, where she was seen tethered to a grab bar on a square platform, allowing her to hover above the arena floor.
These safety measures are taken only when there are high-flying stunts, and the close-up video in question fails to provide the complete context of Madonna’s elevation during the song.

Calculating their background history, Madonna and Public Enemy were into a relationship which started from the track “Justify My Love” on the singer’s 1990 album, The Immaculate Collection.
As of now, Madonna has not yet responded to D’s post.
