As both an actor and musician, how do you balance your time between film projects like The Mi Loca Quinceañera and your music career?
Balancing my time between acting and music is certainly a challenge, but I prioritize my commitments carefully to stay organized and focused. I approach each project with intention, ensuring that I allocate time for my film work on Mi Loca Quinceañera while also dedicating myself to my music career. Beyond these roles, I’m also a student and a football player, which adds another layer of complexity to my schedule. Staying disciplined and focused on my goals allows me to make the most of each opportunity, and I truly enjoy the creative journey that comes with each role I take on.
You’ve mentioned that your feelings in the moment inspire your music. What emotions were most prominent when writing Finally, and how do they connect to your current personal or professional life?
That’s a very personal question, and I appreciate the opportunity to share. When we were writing “Finally,” the most prominent emotion I felt was love. My feelings for Izabellah greatly influenced the creative process, making it a natural experience. Reflecting on those memories now, I cherish the moments we shared, which continue to inspire my music and shape my personal growth. I truly wouldn’t change a thing about that time and remains a beautiful part of my story.
